Treadmill
This class is geared towards incoporating free weights, body weight and assorted equipment to enable the participant to utilize what they learned into their daily lives; helping to achieve better posture, correct body mechanics, and overall well being. Appropriate for most fitness and age levels. Instructor: Karen Malcom
